If the service status of one or more servers is in red and shows the comment “Server down”, it means that we are currently experiencing a malfunction which could interfere with the operation of the software.

Please note that we are already informed of this failure and that we are in communication with our supplier to actively work on the restoration of services.

A communication will be sent to you as soon as the services are restored.
